Awesome change is afoot at Rude Mechs. We are so happy to announce we’ve just brought AccelArt, LLC into the fold to drag our development and audience building efforts out of the ’90’s. They will plant us firmly in the 21st century and lead our development efforts in these crazy, amazing, and tumultuous times for our company.

We had a great time with Match-Play at New York Live Arts in September, we came home and put on The Pearl Dive at Mongers’ which was fantastic. And then November hit. We took The Method Gun to ZSpace and Stop Hitting Yourself to CalPerformances, as promised, and both of those amazing venues treated us like royalty and drank and played with us. Big thanks to all the San Franciscans that ventured out to see our shows. We are really looking forward to spending more time there.

And now we are digging in and staying put right here in Austin through May, when we head out to Houston to do The Method Gun. While we’re here we are doing three plays in 5 months: The Austin premiere of Now Now Oh Now, the world premiere of Fixing Timon of Athens and a full-length second draft of Field Guide.

Now Now Oh Now opens next week. The tickets are already over half gone. Come geek out with us!
